Michael and I climbed Mont Blanc (at last) a few days ago. We decided to do it in one go, without stopping at all. All the others climbers thought it was a crazy plan but we had the mountain to ourselves. We didn't see another person until we were back down to the Dome de Gouter. I was absolutely knackered but Michael was hardly out of breath.
